Glad to have you with us! If you’re using Briefly as a client, you have probably noticed that you have been given a certain role, which should be one of these below
These differ not only in name, but in their functions and capabilities as well, so let’s see what you need to know. It's important to note that not all roles exist in all packages, so you can only be in the role that your package allows.
You can see what type of user you are after logging in, under your name on the right side of the header.
Are you the first one from your organisation here? Then you must be a Superadmin.
