We need a full stack developer who helps us rethink our existing system and take Briefly to the next level, to the unicorn level!
As a Lead Full Stack developer, you will be the foundation of the developer team who will be responsible for guiding, mentoring the software engineers, will be closely involved in technical planning, and will take part in the software development processes in collaboration with our Product Owner and the rest of the development team.
Responsibilities
To lead and guide the development team
Bring new technical ideas to the table
Ability to work iteratively, quickly adapt concepts to MVP
Assess the needs for the development tasks, estimate their complexity
To keep the team's technical knowledge up-to-date, being a go-to expert on the applications
Keep the codebase maintainable, testable, secure, and well documented
Collaborate with the DevOps engineer and with the software testers
Optimise internal development processes
Proficiency And Proven Experience In The Following Technologies
Experience in JavaScript and TypeScript based frameworks (especially Node.js and React)
SQL & MongoDB or other document-oriented database
