Founded in 2019, Briefly is a freelancer management software where companies can build their own online talent pool and long-term relationships with trusted freelancers.

We are currently looking for a new Talent Manager Intern to further strengthen our Briefly team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Finding the best talents for specific projects from the Briefly talent pool - in Hungarian language
• Calling and following up with Briefly freelancers
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Administrating the customer journey
• Reporting about ongoing projects
• Answering incoming questions about the platform and our processes
• Freelancer and customer management in our CRM system
• Close cooperation with the Product and Marketing departments

What experience and skills are we looking for:

• University students with HR interests
• Monotonous tasks are not a problem
• Great project management skills
• Confident communication skills in speaking and writing
• Proactive team player
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Passion to help build the future of work

It is a 15-20 hours/week position with being available from Monday to Friday.
