Project application

Project application

Projects are the bedrock of cooperation at Briefly. Let’s see how you can apply for them.

Just so you know: If a job has been posted by a client, with whom you haven’t worked before, you might not be able to submit a complete application. In this case, you first apply for the pool, then it gets evaluated by the client, and finally, you can finish your application.

Feel like browsing our open projects? You can always find them under “New projects”. The cards will show only the basic info, if you want to know more, click on the little arrow in the bottom right corner.

Don’t forget, you can only apply for projects that have a role that is added to your profile. That’s why it’s best to have every role added you’d be happy to fulfill in a project. But we’ve already covered this here:

Just a note: you’ll be notified via email as well about new projects fitting your profile.

Further info about the project and client is just a click away!

Here’s a tip: Our clients are always happy to help! Feel free to message them, if you got any questions about the project.

Let’s talk numbers! To submit your offer, click on ‘Apply’ and fill out this form:

  • Indicate the tax form you use to calculate the amount to be invoiced
  • Submit an offer for the role
  • Tell us what your offer entails by answering the questions
Here’s a tip: Not every project is for you. Whether it doesn’t fit your profile, or just can’t spare the time for it, refer someone through Briefly Referral and collect credits. Gotta catch ‘em all!

Now that you applied, the ball is in the client’s court now. There’s no ghosting at Briefly, you’ll always get feedback via email at the end of the selection process either way. If you’re the lucky one, the client will contact you and you can get it going. In case it just wasn’t meant to be, don’t worry, just keep on browsing through and keep applying!
